Commemorative Event: MSME Products Expo commenced in Loikaw

15th January 2025 is 73rd Anniversary of Kayah State Day. As a gesture to mark this occasion, the Expo featuring the booths of Departments and MSME products was held at the City hall in Loikaw on 12th of January.

At the ceremony, Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin and officials opened the Expo by cutting the ribbon and presented the honorary cash to dance troupes who performed at the opening event. The expo displays verious booths including MSMEs, agriculture, livestock, education, health and forestry as well as road safety awareness, regional development and Kayah traditional food and clothes.

It also featured the demonstration on making local products including Kayah traditional pork sausage, spices, maize and development of Kayah traditional weaving industry. The Expo will be displayed everyday during the festive period with 16 booths of departmental and MSME, and Kayah traditional food and clothes stalls.
