Colombian President Petro flies over floods area

Colombian President Gustavo Petro flew over the flooded areas on Tuesday. A rare spell of torrential rain has killed at least 22 people and left thousands of families displaced in Colombia's northern cattle belt, officials said on February 10. The country's disaster management agency also said 22 people were killed across four departments.
