Blacks and Whites' Carnival is the largest and most important festival in Colombia.

Although its geographical location belongs to the city of Pasto, it has been adopted by other municipalities in Narino and southwestern Colombia. Artists, craftspeople and revelers filled the street of Pasto during the Blacks and Whites' carnival, a fusion of different cultural celebrations. It takes place every year from January 2 to 7 and is on UNESCO's intangible heritage list.
