Colombian Army visits soldiers injured in Bomb Attack

The Colombian Army Commander visited soldiers injured in a bomb attack by FARC dissidents in Cauca Department, Southwestern Colombia. The army said at least five soldiers were killed Tuesday in a bomb attack in a key cocaine-producing region of southwestern Colombia. 

The army also said in a statement that a military convoy was traveling in the restive Micay Canyon region when their vehicles were "attacked with an explosive device" buried in a road embankment.
