Colombia and Panama's foreign ministers visit the Colombian town of Capurgana, near the border with Panama, ahead of a trilateral meeting with the United States on the regional migration crisis.

Colombia's Foreign Minister said "We will make some decisions to support these regions that so greatly need it". Washington has pledged $6 million in funding for migrant repatriations from Panama in the hope of reducing irregular crossings at its own southern border.
