Collective Cleaning: Magway Region Chief Minister oversees activities

Collective Cleaning activities are conducted every Saturday in Magway Region with the aims for cleaning and greening of districts and townships, pagodas, monestary, schools and hospitals.

On the 18th of May, Chief Minister U Tint Lwin, ministers and departmental officials viewed around the collective cleaning works at the No.4 Basic Education High School in Magway Township.

Under the supervision of the regional government, departmental personnals collaborating with volunteer teams conducted cleaning of bushes and trees, taking out garbages from drains and throwing the garbages systematically. The participants were provided with foodstuffs and purified drinking water.
