Collective Blood Donation : NMDC students participate in the activity

In commemoration of the Waso full moon day also known as Dhammacakkha Day, students from the National Management Degree College made collective blood donation at the National Blood Bank in Yangon in the weekend.  

Principal ,Dr. Nilar Myint Htoo ,National Management Degree College said " We made decision to donate blood marking Dhammacakkha Day. By donating blood, donors can get many benefits physically and mentally. According to teachings of Lord Buddha, donating limbs or blood is a very noble and generous donation. Besides, giving a helping hand to others can make delighted us. For these reasons, we made collective blood donation. wn as Dhammacakkha Day, students from the National Management Degree College made collective blood donation at the National Blood Bank in Yangon in the weekend."

 Likewise, the principal of the National Management Degree College and professors presented certificates of honour to the students who participate in blood donation activity

Student ,Min Si Thu ,First Year Journalism said " I have a plan to donate blood before. And now, arrangement of our college, I had a chance to make blood donation and it can save many lives. I’m very pleased to donate blood with my college friends. The teachers have also arranged milk, eggs and energy drinks for us because of blood donation."

It’s reported that altogether 73 students from the National Management Degree College participated in the collective blood donation.
