Collaboration Efforts : Meeting with the IOM delegation

Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr. Soe Win received a delegation led by Mr. Daihei Mochizuki, Chief of Mission of International Organization for Migration (IOM) at the ministry on Friday.

During the meeting, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate cooperation between the Ministry and IOM, ongoing collaboration with IOM in the areas of human trafficking prevention and rehabilitation, as well as matters related to the issuance of entry visas for foreign staff and authorization for domestic travel were cordially discussed.
