Closing ceremony: First Aid Training (Trainer) Course concluded

Closing Ceremony of First Aid Training (Trainer) Course organized by the Myanmar Red Cross Society and Bago Region Red Cross Supervisory Committee was held at the Kanbawza Hinthar Hotel in Bago on 6th June with an attendance of the Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win.

In his speech, the  Region Chief Minister said Red Cross members need to share First Aid knowledge to the public and it is necessary to do the First Aid in line with the Basic Principles of Red Cross Society. He also called on  sharing their experiences to the Red Cross Volunteers and try hard for the Social Welfare tasks.

Then, Vice-Chairperson of Myanmar Red Cross Society Dr Tin Tin Lay clarified the aim of opening the course. After that, she presented the completion certificates and First Aid kits to the township Red Cross Societies.

The Chief Minister also provided cash assistance to the Bago Region Red Cross Supervisory Committee. 30 participants joined the course that was opened from 4th to 6th June and were taught the lessons of the First Aid handbook 2021.
