Cleanliness Activities: Kayah State CM encouraged cleanliness activities

As the Kayah State Government continuously carries out city cleanliness and beautification activities, Chief Minister U Sein Oo, accompanied by Commander of Regional Military Operation, members of the state government, and responsible departmental officials, visited the Thiri Mingalar Taungtaw Taung Kwe Pagoda and the State People’s Hospital in Loikaw to observe and encourage the ongoing cleanliness efforts on Saturday morning.

First, the Chief Minister and officials arrived at Thiri Mingalar Taungtaw Taung Kwe Pagoda, where they toured and encouraged the joint cleaning activities carried out by local military units, police officers, fire brigade members, and departmental staff for the beautification and cleanliness of the Pagoda and the Pagoda precincts.

The Chief Minister instructed the responsible persons to continuously maintain the cleanliness and beautification within the pagoda precincts so that visitors can peacefully and comfortably pay their homage.

Then, the Chief Minister and the officials arrived at the State People's Hospital and toured around to encourage the departmental staff who were collectively carrying out cleaning for the hospital's interior and exterior cleanliness and beauty.

They instructed the responsible persons to systematically ensure cleanliness and tidiness around the hospital and within the hospital premises so that patients receiving treatment at the hospital can do so with peace of mind. They also emphasized the need to maintain good water flow in the drainage channels, keep the buildings clean and tidy, and continuously care for the planted flowers to keep them lush and fresh.
