CITIC Star Scholarship: Scholarship awards for Myanmar students

The CITIC Star Scholarship were awarded to the receipients at a ceremony held in Yangon on Thursday. The scholarship was jointly conferred by the CITIC Myanmar and China Foundation for Rural Development.

Union Minister at the State Administration Council Chairman Office (2) U Ko Ko Hlaing attended the ceremony, and presented the scholarship awards and stipends to the students from the University of Foreign Languages and Myanmar Maritime University. Since 2015, the CITIC Myanmar offers scholarship to the students for two years of academic studies in coopeation with the Cina Foundation for Rural Development.
