Circulating disinformation: Deceptive medias spread fabricated news

Rumors circulating on social media platforms alleged that Thirimingalar market in Loikaw Township of Kayah State was burned down by heavy weapons attack of Tatmadaw on Sunday. 

According to the officials and local residents of Loikaw Township, the terrorists intentionally launched drop bomb attack on Thirimingalar market and the whole market was burned down due to the attack. Tatmadaw will never harm the lives and properties of the people and is carrying out the necessary security operations for the peace and stability of the people.

This news is fabricated and exploits the innocent minds of local residents, leading to misunderstandings. And, local residents are urged not to be misled by deceptive media outlets and those terrorist supporting activities.
