Christmas Thanksgiving: Celebration held in Nay Pyi Taw Pyinmana

A Christmas Thanksgiving Celebration was held at St. Michael Catholic Church in Nay Pyi Taw Pyimana on Wednesday. After the blessings to inaugurate the event, the Christian youths sang a hymn, followed by the welcoming speech. Secretary of the State Administration Council General Aung Lin Dwe also extended greetings at the ceremony.

After a special blessing by the Reverend, the attendees sang a religious song. The celebration was also attended by the Council Secretary’s wife, Council members U Wunna MaungLwin, DawDwe Bu, Poeral Aung Thein, Dr. HmuHtant, Dr. Ba Shwe, Khun San Lwin and their wives, members of the Central Advisory Board to the State Administration Council, U Saw Tun Aung Myint, Union Ministers, senior military officers from the Commander-in-Chief Office and their wives, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, Nay Pyi Taw Command Commander, and their wives, as well as Christian communities in the Nay Pyi Taw Council area and invited guests.
