Choice of Arms: VSG attends choice of arms for cadets of 66thDSA Intake

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win attended choice of arms for cadets of the 66th Intake of Defence Services Academy at DSA in Pyin Oo Lwin on Tuesday.

Also present at the ceremony together with the Vice Senior General were Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General MaungMaung Aye, Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung, senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, Commander of Central Command, the commandant of DSA and officials.

They met cadets individually and chose suitable corps of the Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air) for the cadets depending on their outstanding performances in literature and military subjects, as well as their intelligence, hobbies and diligence.

In the afternoon, the Vice Senior General and senior military officers had lunch together with cadets at the cadet mess hall of the Anawrahta Battalion and the Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) and senior military officers had luch together with cadets at the mess hall of the Bayint Naung Battalion and cordially greeting and encouraging them. Next, the choice of arms for cadets continued.
