Chocolate creations by some of France’s most renowned pastry chefs were sold at auction for €108,100 to benefit children hospitalized with leukaemia. The charity event, organized by auction house Artcurial, featured intricate edible artworks designed to delight and inspire, with chefs describing them as both realistic and shareable pieces of art.

Proceeds from the auction went to Trousseau Hospital and Bab Charity, with organizers highlighting the ability of fine pastry and chocolate to bring comfort, joy, and even inspire young imaginations. Chefs also offered tips for preserving the chocolate creations, emphasizing their value as both art and edible delight.
