Chocolate art goes under the hammer in Paris

Around thirty chocolate creations, including pieces by renowned French pastry chefs Pierre Hermé and Patrick Roger, are on display at the Artcurial auction house in Paris ahead of their 1stDecember sale. This is the first time auctioning of chocolate sculptures of the Parisian auction house.

The starting prices are displayed in the exhibition and in the catalogue, which is available online on website. The prices range from €2,000 to €4,000, with a few pieces in the exhibition reaching €10,000. Proceeds will support children with leukaemia.
