Chinese Navy conducts live-fire drill in Yellow Sea

Officers and soldiers on the Huainan guided-missile destroyer of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Navy recently conducted a multi-day, live-fire combat drill in the waters of the Yellow Sea to improve their comprehensive combat and emergency management capabilities. 

During the drill, they have successfully intercepted the aerial target, maneuvering the Huainan ship’s auxiliary gun. After the maritime threat was eliminated, soldiers on board participated in damage control assessment, such as dealing with emergency fire accident.
