Chinese high-tech companies attend Shanghai AI conference

The 2023 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) commenced in Shanghai on Thursday.

Scheduled to run from July 6 to 8, the conference comprises four key sections: conference and forum, exhibition, contest and awards. Visitors experience AI products from the more than 400 companies, including Huawei and Alibaba that participated in the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai.

Chinese AI industry brought chatbox, weather prediction model and humanoid robots to the event. China is the world's biggest electric vehicle market and Tesla announced in April it would build a second massive factory in Shanghai.
