Chinese Foreign Minister held talks with Serbian Foreign Minister

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks with Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric in Tianjin on Friday. Wang said China welcomes Serbia to get on board the express train of China’s development and jointly strive for respective modernization.

Wang also added that, China will continue to firmly support Serbia in safeguarding sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, noting China supports Serbia in growing stronger. For his part, Djuric said relationship with China is a diplomatic pillar for Serbia, noting Serbia will stay committed to the one-China policy, and firmly support China’s effort to uphold national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
