Chinese FM meets Latin American guests

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Monday met respectively with foreign ministers and representatives from seven Latin American countries, who are in Beijing to attend the fourth ministerial meeting of the China-Community of Latin American and Caribbean States Forum, scheduled for Tuesday. 

Wang discussed strengthening bilateral ties and regional cooperation in meetings with the guests from Cuba, Uruguay, Peru, Venezuela, Guyana, Nicaragua, and Colombia. According to the expert, China-Latin America cooperation in showing a trend of coordinated development between both traditional and emerging sectors. 

For Latin American Countries, the meeting will serve as a strong driving force for future cooperation between china and Latin America in Political, economic and cultural field.
