China, US Hold New Round of Strategic Communication

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Visiting U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan held a new round of China-U.S. strategic communication in Beijing on Tuesday.

Wang said that “China-U.S. relations bear on the future of the two countries and also influence the world. Over the past few years, the bilateral relations have gone through twists and turns. Under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Joe Biden, they have managed to return to Bali and move toward San Francisco.

The experiences from this journey are worth summarizing, and the lessons should be learned. Sullivan also said that they are working to ensure that competition does not bear in the conflict, and that they find ways to work together.
