China & Cambodia sign MOU

China and Cambodia signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Cambodia to enhance economic cooperation in the industrial and supply chains. The agreement signed by the commerce ministries of both countries aims to fully leverage bilateral mechanisms and encourage businesses from both countries to collaborate in areas such as trade, investment, and technology.

The MoU also seeks to boost the demonstrative effects of economic and trade cooperation zones, like the Sihanoukville Special Economy Zone. The collaboration is expected to create a more integrated, stable, and resilient industrial and supply chain network between China and Cambodia, further deepening trade and investment ties between the two nations.
