China- ASEAN Forum: Matters on emerging industry and EV technologies

Myanmar delegation led by the Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than who are attending the China- ASEAN Forum on Emerging Industry organizing in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province of the People’s Republic of China attended China-ASEAN Sub-Forum on NEV Industry Cooperation which is a Parallel Forum in the morning on July 5th.At the forum, the responsible officials clarified the matters on the industrial ministers from ASEAN and China by cooperating, the good foundations for emerging industries, knowledge sharing for charging stations required for electric vehicles and safely utilizing, rendering Services in production, selling and distribution of electric vehicles and the current arrangements for the EV and the technical assistance.

At the forum, Myanmar delegation acquired the knowledge on the status of long term plans drawing by PRC for EV utilization of ASEAN member countries, the standing of PRC at the first place in the world in the exporting EVs and the construction of Charging Station and the technological aspects of Charging process.
