


The Myanmar delegation led by the Union Minister for Commerce U Aung Naing Oo left for China Thursday morning to attend the 20th China-ASEAN Expo and the 20th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit to be held in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China, from 16 to 19 September with a view to ensuring the development of BRI (Belt and Road Initiative).
The Union Minister was accompanied by the chairperson of the Mandalay City Development Committee, ministers from the Mandalay Region government and Yangon Region government, the director-general of the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization and 209 entrepreneurs. Myanmar will display rice, marine products, fruits, coffee, green tea, spices, things made of wood, textiles and clothing, handicrafts and gems at 80 booths.
