China’s 75th Founding Anniversary Concert

A concert was held at the Great Hall of the People on Sunday to celebrate the 75th founding anniversary of the People’s Republic of China.

Chinese President Xi Jinping, other Party and state leaders as well as retired senior leaders were among the more than 3,000 people who attended the concert. The concert featured orchestral music, choral performances, ensemble performances of traditional instruments, piano with a band, and other artistic expressions. China’s National Day is celebrated annually on October 1.
