



The charity feast of chickpea rice and chilli fried anchovy was conducted as 39th day on 7th of July in Sittwe township of Rakhine State where cyclonic storm Mocha affected. Totaling 12,000 meal boxes of chickpea rice and chilli fried anchovy including 6500 in the morning and 5500 in the evening were catered.
The charity feast went to the Fire brigade, Sittwe military station, Buddhist monasteries and other religious places, Nursing and Midwife Training School, volunteer groups, orphanages including Border Area National Races orphanage, departmental personnel who are carrying out the rehabilitation works, technical training school and computer university renovation volunteer groups, philanthropic centers, the ceremony of handing over paddy seeds, the residents from Nga Pon Gyi and Gaung Dot Hta villages in the morning and Ah Nauk San Pya ward, Ywa Thit Kay village, Min Gan ward, Ywa Gyi Myauk village, Gantgaw Gyun ward in the evening.

The donation has been extended to 13th July. During 39 days of Charity feast donation from 30th May to the 7th of July, totaling 494,248 meal boxes have been donated.
