Ceremony of honoring : Kachin State CM awarded the outstanding prizes

A ceremony to honour the departments contributed for wining outstanding awards representing the State, members of the Myanmar Red Cross Society and outstanding athletes was held at the Samaduwa Hsin-Wa-Naw hall of the State Government Office on the 21st of July.

During the ceremony, the Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan said that the receiving medals is the result of the endeavor. And he expressed words of thanks to the outstanding athletes who tried hard representing the state.

Then, the certificates of honour and cash awards were presented to the outstanding athletes by the State Chief Minister, Kachin State Advocate-General, State Ministers for Security and Boarder Affairs and Economic Affairs. After that, Head officer of the Department of Cooperative expressed word of gratitude.

On the same day, the Chief Minister together with the state departmental officials inspected the place in the Maw Phaung Village-tract in Myintkyina Township where the Institute of Sports and Physical Education (Myintkyina) will be built.

He also inspected the implementations of lands for the Institute of Sports and Physical Education, University of Computer Studies and departmental lands. From there, the Chief Minister and party viewed around the preparations for monsoon paddy plantations of the Maw Phaung Village-tract and gave instructions to the officials for more growing of trees and fulfilled the needs.
