








A Christmas and Friendship Dinner celebration was held at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Yangon on Sunday. The Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the event, which began with blessings from the Reverend and greetings from the Most Reverend Stephen Than Myint Oo.
This was followed by the singing of a religious song. The Prime Minister then extended greetings, highlighting the peaceful coexistence of diverse national races, religions, and faiths in the country. He urged religious leaders to continue maintaining harmony and unity among the diverse people through reciprocal understanding, in order to build a peaceful and prosperous society.
The celebration continued with blessings, Bible recitations, a sermon, hymns, and the exchange of Christmas gifts. In his blessing, Cardinal Charles Bo wished for the well-being of all human beings, as well as for the Prime Minister, his wife, their families, cabinet members, Tatmadawmen and their families, and all Myanmar citizens.Then, the attendees enjoyed the friendship dinner.
