Cash Donation: Assistance for security personnel and development works

A ceremony to provide cash rewards and foodstuff for the security personnel who performed security duties in the Northeast command area was held at Panglong Hall of Eastern Command Headquarter in Taunggyi Township on Sunday.

Chief Minister U Aung Aung delivered an opening speech and presented an honorarium of 44.7 million kyats and foodstuff donated by the Shan State Government to the security forces. The officials received the donation and spoke works of thanks in return.

Then, the Chief Minister and party cordially met with the family members of police force at the Shan State Police Auxiliary Unit in Taunggyi where they viewed around the clean drinking water access and the chosen site for installation of water purifier. 

They then conducted inspection on the upgrading and expanding works of Shwe Bhone Pwint Pagoda’s mountain road.
