Cash Aid: Cash Aid Provided To Pregnant Women, Children In Kayin State

Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement has been providing cash aid to expecting women and children below two years.

45,000 Kyats each for three months (October, November and December of 2019) were provided to 23 expecting women and 98 children below two years who are taking shelter at Myaing Gyi Ngu Camp in Hpa-An District of Kayin State, according to the Information and Public Relations Department. The ministry is also providing social welfare facilities, especially to vulnerable persons, pregnant women and elderly persons.
