Carnival street parties fill Rio with revellers

There was more music and celebrations on Tuesday in Rio de Janeiro where Carnival street parties were being held across the Brazilian city.

Officials there have permitted more than 600 of the street parties, called “blocos.” . The street parties are permitted to be held until February 26.
