Car ploughs into crowd during Liverpool victory parade

Emergency service members treat injured people after a car ploughed into a crowd in Liverpool during a parade to celebrate the English city's football team's Premier League title, according to police. 

A car rammed into a packed crowd on Monday and at least some 27 football fans were hospitalized, including two who were seriously injured. The bus carrying the team had passed by Water Street just minutes before the car ran into the crowd, witnesses said.
