Capacity Enhancement Training: MoE Union Minister gave an opening speech

Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe attended the opening ceremony of capacity enhancement training on research works for Education Degree College faculty members held at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on 21st February.

Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister said that since the education in this era is moving from teaching and research to the creation and to the new creation and innovation, it’s needed to make effort for being active and development of teaching, research and education system of universities and degree colleges.

The research work is the life-blood of the degree colleges. As the education degree colleges are giving lectures with new curriculum, the teaching quality of the teachers will improve by conducting research on the field subjects. In the effort for the development of human resource, education is crucial and paramount important.

The teachers are playing vital role in the implementation for the development of education. The teachers are urged to put exerted effort in the research works for the development of education sector. Next, the Union Minister posed for the documentary photo together with the trainees.

After completion of opening ceremony, the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Education Dr. Soe Win gave a lecture under the topic of (Research Methodology and R Software). The training will take place from 21st to 25th of February with theoretical and practical lectures.
