Capacity Building: MIFER conducts Knowledge Sharing Program

With the aims to develop human resources and enhance employees’ performance of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations (MIFER), the 23rd batch of Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) Friday Talk was held on Friday with the title "The role of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) as the Registrar of the Insolvency Law".

This ceremony was attended by Union Minister Dr. Kan Zaw with the opening remark. In his opening remark, Union Minister said that he believes that this program can bring benefits to employees as the topics discussed are comprehensive and knowledgeable, MIFER is a ministry that plays a vital role for the economic development of the country.

Development of the private sector is important for the development of the market economic system. It is necessary to understand and follow the laws and regulations in a systematic manner for private companies/entrepreneurs and to act in accordance with business ethics.

At the program, Deputy Director of DICA, Daw Thida Aung discussed the topic of "The role of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) as the Registrar of the Insolvency Law” in detail and attendees made discussions.
