Capacity Building: 6-week training course for MOIP Officers

On Wednesday, Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing visited the Immigration and Population Training Center in Nay Pyi Taw and oversaw the officer level capacity enhancement training course, being provided there.

The Union Minister cordially greeted the trainees and discussed the courses with them. He also instructed on correct pronunciation of ethnic dialects of their respective assigned regions and states, broader understanding of the ethnic customs, better service provision for the convenient of public and coordinated necessities.

The Union Minister then had lunch together with the trainees. The training is being conducted for about 6 weeks from 3 August to 9 September, with the attendance of 50 trainees from region, state and district officers’ offices under the ministry.
