The Canadian Air Force show humanitarian aid pallets being airdropped from a CC-130 Hercules aircraft over the Gaza Strip on Monday.

The Canadian Air Force said it airdropped about 21,600 lbs of humanitarian aid over Gaza. Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand and Defense Minister David McGuinty confirmed the airdrop, which supported Global Affairs Canada’s relief efforts. Canada joined other countries—Jordan, UAE, Egypt, Germany, and Belgium that have airdropped food and aid over Gaza in recent days.
