More campers have arrived in front of the Buckingham Place on Thursday ahead of the coronation. Hundreds of thousands of people from the U.K. and across the world are expected to travel to London on Saturday for the coronation. Many other campers will be arriving over the coming days with millions expected to line up along the procession road to experience the coronation.
Alyssa Whaanga, Camper from New Zealand said "To be honest, just like, why not? Just like a party in the street, I feel like this is a really cool time for people to come together and it's just going to be fun, I think. So what else can I say that I camped on the street outside the Buckingham Palace? I think that's just something I needed to take off the list, so."
Barely Graham, Camper said "I'm camping out because it's a once in a life time opportunity which most of us will probably never see again. The few people that have seen a coronation previous will most probably never see another one after to this."
The main coronation public event, the King’s Procession, will depart Buckingham Palace through the Centre Gate, and proceed down The Mall, passing through Admiralty Arch and south of King Charles I Island to reach Westminster Abbey.
