British oil tanker MV Marlin Luanda is on fire in the Gulf of Aden in the Arabian Sea. According to the tanker's captain, the vessel was struck by a missile which started the fire onboard.

The fire was successfully put out by the Indian Navy's firefighting team following a distress call from the tanker. On Friday evening, Huthi military spokesman said missiles fired by the rebels had hit the oil tanker MV Marlin Luanda, operated by a British firm.

Washington has also carried out a series of unilateral air raids, but the Huthis have vowed to continue their attacks.
