Breeding Zone in Taikkyi Township: Yangon Region Chief Minister inspects work progress

Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein and ministers visited Taikkyi Township on Friday to observe the implementation of work at the Breeding Zone, spanning 2,000 acres near Mile Post No.34/6 of the Inter-District Road.

Officials reported completion of the entrance road and circular road construction, along with the embankment for irrigation and power supply facilities. The Chief Minister emphasized the need for speedy task execution through collaboration among concerned departments.

Later, the Chief Minister and party inspected the project site, aimed at ensuring food sufficiency for residents in Yangon Region. The Breeding Zone will focus on commercial cattle and poultry breeding, coupled with animal feed cultivation.
