Brazil's Lula kicks off construction of educational campus in Rio favela

Brazil's President Lula da Silva and his wife on Wednesday attended a launching ceremony ofconstruction new campus of the Federal Institute of Rio de Janeiro in Complexo do Alemao, in the North Zone of the city.Speaking on the occasion, he said that the country’s goal is to help the people for gaining professional qualifications for the job market.
