Brazil to host COP30 Climate Summit in 2025

Brazilian President Lula da Silva announces that the United Nations has confirmed Brazil as the host of the COP30 Climate Summit to be held in 2025.

The event would be held in the Amazonian city of Belém, capital of the state of Pará. “Get ready, because there will be people from all over the world.

There will be many rulers, there will be many people from all over the world who will be amazed by the city of Belém.

I am sure that the people of Pará will enchant the world that comes to participate at the COP in 2025,"President said.

COP is the yearly United Nations Climate Change Conference, in which states discuss and agree on measures to deal with the environment.
