Brazil’s President Lula criticizes Trump’s tariffs

President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva of Brazil has criticized the tariffs that are being imposed by US President Donald Trump.  He described Trump's action as trade protectionism, and he called the practice "absurd." The Brazilian president said all the countries that previously talked about free trade are now practicing protectionism and added that Brazil is continuing to defend free trade.
