Border Trade: Work Coordination Meeting for smooth operation

A work coordination meeting for smooth operation of Parsho-Kanglat border trade campin Tachileik Township of Shan State (East) took place at the hall of the Shan State Government Office in Kengtung Township on Wednesday.

During the meeting, Chief Minister U Aung Aung said rapid completion of current working processes are needed with cooperative efforts of all concerned departments for smooth operation of Kanglat border trade camp. He emphasized that trade operations via Kanglat border trade camp are needed to carry out due to closure of China and Mongla cross-border gate.

He also stressed to take legal action for reducing of illegal trading system.   The attendees made clarification on current working processes, and upon the reports, the Chief Minister coordinated the requirement.
