Boosting ties with Hispanic colleges

The U.S. State Department and the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding that aims to boost international exchange opportunities for students and scholars at those member institutions.

It also strives to promote State Department internships and career employment opportunities for students and scholars at those schools.The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, founded in 1986, represents more than 500 colleges and universities in the United States, Latin America, Spain, and school districts throughout the U.S.
