Boosting Production: Union Minister visits Shwe Hintha Rubber Factory

Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than visited Shwe Hintha Rubber Factory in Hlaing Township on Saturday.

The factory is being contracted by the ministry to Wingo Technology Myanmar Co., Ltd. During the visit, the Union Minister observed the factory's operation, which produces packaging items for medicines, foodstuffs, and agricultural inputs.

In a meeting with officials and entrepreneurs, he urged all to strive for full capacity operations to boost production and reduce imports. He also emphasized the need to recycle plastic waste for consumer goods using innovative methods and called for the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to ensure staff welfare.
