Boosting bilateral ties: PM receives Director of Fund RC-Investments

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received a delegation led by Director of Fund RC-Investmentsfrom the Russian Federation Mr. Alexander Sergeevich Shatirov at the SAC Chairman office in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday.

At the meeting, they discussed production of mineral and natural resource products in Myanmar as the value-added ones and making surveys for conservation of natural resources, exporting agricultural and fishery products produced by Myanmar to Russia and promoting bilateral trade, plan to produce high standard furniture, utensils and pulps with Myanma forest products by using technology, cooperation in tourism sector development, measures to be surveyed by Russia for promoting Myanmar's transportation sector, plan to invest in Myanmar, boosting bilateral ties and future work programs.

After the meeting, the Prime Minister and the Director of Fund RC-Investments of Russia exchanged commemorative gifts. Also present at the call were Joint Secretary of the SAC Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations DrKanZaw, delegates of the Roscongress Investment Fund and officials of Russian Embassy in Myanmar.
