Book Donation: MOI Union Minister gave an opening remark

Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn attended the donation ceremony of “Multifarious aspects of life” by Writer Myingyan Kyaw Aung (a) Than Htet San held at Hotel Yangon in Mayangone Township in the morning on Saturday.

The Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, Alinka Kyawswer Sithu Takkatho Myat Thu and literary experts, departmental officials, the donor and invited guests attended the ceremony. First, the Union Minister gave an opening remark.

Next, the donor Writer Myingyan Kyaw Aung (a) Than Htet San clarified the purposes of the donation. Then, the donor presented 410 copies of the book for the 410 libraries under the Information and Public Relations Department to the Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn and the Union Minister accepted and reciprocated the certificate of honor.

Next, the Alinka Kyawswer Sithu Takkatho Myat Thu extended words of appreciation. In the evening on Friday, the Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn viewed the shooting of Live broadcasting of “Gift of song for the patriot” which is third event of musical performance on MRTV-HD in commemorating 78th Anniversary of Armed Forces Day.

The Union Minister cordially greeted the artistes from the fields of Film, Music and Theatrical performance troupes, the singers and the audience.
