Blood Donation: 210 volunteers make blood donation

On 24th October, the Myanma Post and Telecommunications under the Ministry of Transport and Communications organized a nationwide blood donation ceremony at respective hospitals and blood centers in Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, Mandalay, Magway, and the eastern Shan State with the participation of 210 donors.

In Nay Pyi Taw, a total of 35 donors, including the staff from the Ministry and voluntary blood donors, took part in the donation, held at the 1000-Bed General Hospital.

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Transport and Communications General Mya Tun Oo, Union Minister for Health Dr. Thet Khaing Win and party encouraged the donors, providing food and medical supplies. This is the 14th time of donating blood by the Myanma Post and Telecommunications.
