Blinken in Peru for OAS summit

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Peru's capital Lima on Thursday where he will lead the US delegation at the General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS).

Lima will host the 52nd Regular Session of the OAS General Assembly from October 5-7.

It will be held in person for the first time since 2019 after recent remote sessions held under pandemic restrictions.
