Blinken hails US partnership with African nations

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday hailed the partnership between US and African nations. Blinken was speaking at a dinner he hosted for African foreign ministers at the State Department.

The ministers are attending the three-day U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in Washington.Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State said "Africa is a major geopolitical force.

It's one that has shaped our past. It's shaping our present, and it will shape our future. It's a demographic reality. It's an economic reality," Earlier President Joe Biden announced more than $15 billion in private trade and investment commitments and partnerships.
